The privacy and security of our customers’ personal data has always been of paramount importance to us. For this reason, we have created this unified Privacy Policy of COOLTECH BULGARIA LTD, which covers how we collect, use, store, disclose and delete, or generally “process”, your data. The unified Privacy Policy allows us to provide the same high level of protection to all users of www.cooltech.bg.

Your data provided when creating an account will be recorded in a single database of COOLTECH BULGARIA LTD (the “Administrator(s)”) and in this regard, providing consent to the General Terms and Conditions, an integral part of which is this Privacy Policy shall be deemed to be consent to the use of the data provided in your account by COOLTECH BULGARIA LTD.

Requests made concerning personal data will be responded to within one month and, if it is necessary to extend this period, you will be informed of the extension and the reasons for the delay.

It is the responsibility of the user to check the terms of use of the site, as well as the information presented on prices, availability, etc., in order to be informed in a timely manner in the event that there are any changes in the same. In any case, the change shall have effect for the future and shall not affect orders confirmed by KUULTECH BULGARIA Ltd. prior to the change. In the event that further approval from us is required, it must be given; otherwise, regardless of confirmation, the order will be deemed invalid.

The provisions of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to the matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions. All disputes regarding the interpretation and performance of these General Terms and Conditions and the interpretation and performance of distance sales contracts for goods ordered from the online store will be resolved by agreement, and in the event of failure to reach such an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the competent court for resolution: for consumer claims – in accordance with Article 113 of the Civil Procedure Code, and in other cases, if the jurisdiction is not expressly indicated – before the competent court in the city of.
