  • to the client’s address – delivery by courier to any point in Bulgaria. The goods are delivered to the entrance of the building. The client is committed to providing access to the entrance of the building and / or home.

All products present on the site are delivered throughout the country.

For this purpose, we have established partnerships with courier companies Gebrüder Weiss and TRANSPORT, as well as OWN TRANSPORT for Sofia-city. Delivery time is from 2 to 5 working days in cases where the product is available in our warehouse. The products are sent after our associate contacts the customer by phone or send you a confirmation email with delivery information. If the given product has the status “On request”, the delivery time will be announced additionally.

Delivery of goods ordered from the online store is made only to addresses in the Republic of Bulgaria. Receipt of the goods takes place only after signing a document by the buyer, certifying its acceptance. All delivery times begin to run after the full amount due has been paid, including the price of the goods and the price for processing and delivery.

Cooltech reserves the right unilaterally, without the need to inform the buyer, to extend all specified delivery times by up to 14 days. The goods are delivered as standard – by hand against signature, and for larger shipments (determined at the discretion of the person making the delivery) the following additional conditions are valid: the delivery is made to the place closest to the delivery address indicated by the customer, which according to the discretion of the driver of the vehicle performing the delivery allows for unobstructed and safe parking, lowering the cargo board and unloading.

The goods are handed over and received on/from the freight board of the vehicle with which the delivery is made, as indicated in the previous sentence. Unloading activity is not included in the service. Unloading is organized and performed entirely by and at the expense of the customer and should begin immediately upon receipt of the goods and be performed for the time normally required for unloading the type of goods. In case of impossibility or difficulty for personal delivery to the recipient, the items shall be delivered as follows: 1. for business address – to a person with a place of work at the address, noting the name and position/department of the person who received the item; 2. for home address – of a member of the household, noting the name of the person who received the consignment and his connection with the consignee. In case of impossibility to deliver the shipment at the first visit, not due to Cooltech / courier (in case no one is at the address, etc.), the person making the delivery leaves a notice indicating the contact phone number to which the recipient should be contacted. call within three working days to specify a new deadline for delivery. In case of impossibility to deliver the shipment and a second visit through no fault of Cooltech / courier, the distance selling contract is automatically terminated, in which case, as a penalty for non-performance by the buyer, Cooltech withholds all amounts paid by the buyer. What has been said in the previous sentence also applies to cases where a consignee unreasonably refuses to accept a shipment. Cooltech / courier is not responsible for non-fulfillment of orders in cases where the buyer has provided incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address.

Product check. Complaints

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to immediately inspect them and in case of obvious defects, the absence of any of the accompanying accessories and/or any of the documents required by Bulgarian law, immediately inform the person making the delivery. If he fails to do so, the item is considered approved, and the buyer loses the right to later claim that his goods were delivered with obvious defects, the lack of any of the accompanying accessories, and/or any of the required by Bulgarian law documents. Complaints about goods purchased through the online store are made according to the rules of the CPA (only for consumers) and/or in accordance with the terms and conditions of their commercial guarantee.
Refusal of a distance contract

Pursuant to Art. 50 of the CPA, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty, and without paying any costs (except for the costs provided for in Article 54, paragraph 3 and Art. 55 of the CPA) within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and specified by the consumer, or when the consumer has ordered many goods with one order, which are delivered separately – as of from the date on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and specified by the consumer accepts the last goods.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the consumer has presented to Cooltech the product in its original packaging in a preserved commercial form, all accessories, accessories, documents, and the original receipt/invoice for the purchase. In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from a distance contract, the consumer must send or return the goods to Cooltech no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer notifies Cooltech of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Until the goods are handed over to Cooltech, the risk of accidental loss or damage is borne entirely by the consumer.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (of your name, geographical address, and, if you have one, telephone number, fax, and e-mail address) and of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent to mail, fax or e-mail). You can fill in and submit electronically the attached standard withdrawal form or other unambiguous application for withdrawal on our website (add web address).

If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation message on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail) confirming receipt of the refusal. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient before the expiration of the withdrawal period: to successfully complete the withdrawal procedure or to send us a message about the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Refusal effect.

If you exercise your right to withdraw from a distance contract, we will refund you by bank transfer to a bank account specified by you in a Bulgarian bank, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs related to with a delivery method of your choice other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your refusal decision.

We have the right to defer refunds until we receive the goods back or until you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. We expect you to send us or return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

According to Art. 57, item 5 of the CPA are not subject to return sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to reasons related to hygiene or health protection;
In the event that in connection with the cancellation of the contract it is necessary to return the goods provided by you, Cooltech will not be liable if it is not collected by you within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
When requesting the return of goods purchased through online payment on installment, it is necessary to return all goods purchased with the corresponding payment on installment, and the indication of individual goods is not applicable. In this case, you should send all your claims for a refund directly to the relevant financial institution that credited the online purchase with which you purchased the product (s) subject to the relevant return request.
