The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the consumer has presented to KUULTECH BULGARIA Ltd. the goods in their original packaging in preserved commercial form, all accessories, accessories, documents, and the original receipt/invoice for the purchase.

Standard cancellation guidelines:

• Right of withdrawal from the distance contract.
• You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
• The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and appointed by you took possession of the goods or, in the case of a contract under which the consumer orders multiple goods in one order which are delivered separately: the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and appointed by you took possession of the last good.
• In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (of your name, geographical address, and, if you have one, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address) and of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
• You can complete and submit electronically the attached standard opt-out form or another unambiguous opt-out request on our website (add web address). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a message on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) to confirm receipt of the opt-out.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
